A Contact Information form needs to be completed for each student at the start of the school year. This info will be used to help keep students and parents informed of important dates and deadlines. If you have already submitted a form for the current school year and need to notify us of a change, please use the Contact Us page.
Uniform Fee and Scholarships
Information regarding the uniform fee can be found on the Uniforms & Fees page. A limited number of scholarships are available to assist students with this cost (scholarships are not available for other fees or tours). A Scholarship Aid Application form is available at the beginning of each school year.
Volunteer Opportunities
If you're the parent/guardian of a choir student and would like to help support the program this year by volunteering, please let us know by filling out a Volunteer form.
